Rosso de Veo 2005: "During the 2005 vintage, we chose the best of the young vines, 100% of them historic varieties native to Montefalco. Trusting in nature, we avoided the use of sulfur dioxide, selected yeasts and other stabilizers, to preserve the originality of the grapes. Fermentation and maceration lasted for around six weeks. This product of the younger vineyards has a distinct character of its own." 760 cases produced.
