Santa Chiara 2009: "A dry and balanced year, very nice. 20% Grechetto, 20% Malvasia, 20% Garganega, with the remainder coming from two other white varieties. Grapes are sourced from the Pagliaro vineyard in Montefalco. Fermented for 17 days on the skins, and aged on the lees in stainless steel. No additives, temperature control or filtration is used, so the wine may be a bit cloudy and throw a sediment. Recommended with pasta, roasted fish, white meat, vegetables and fresh fruit." 275 cases produced.
