by placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order with biondivino you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. when the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. biondivino is not responsible for errors or omissions. prices are subject to change due to availability and issue date. these terms apply to all sales and are the basis upon which orders are accepted. They will apply to all future transactions unless stated otherwise in writing.

temperature/weather advisory:

please note that in order to protect wines from being damaged, Biondivino will not send shipments via Ground or 2nd day air service to areas experiencing extremely inclement weather. if you require an immediate shipment, please feel free to contact us at 415-673-2320 to discuss your shipping options.

shipping & handling:

please note orders are processed within 48 hours of ordering if ordered between monday and friday before 5:00pm (PST). To guarantee this service, please contact a representative at 415-673-2320.

fees:

orders within san francisco city limits will be delivered free of charge. please include apartment/suite number and any special delivery instructions. an adult must be present during business hours to receive and sign for packages.

UPS ground shipping is available for orders sent to most states. UPS shipments will be charged along with the order. FedEx will be used for shipments to certain locations; these shipments will be charged by FedEx to the credit card provided for the order. please note that shipping is not available to p.o. boxes.

handling costs may apply to shipments sent outside san francisco and will be charged along with the order.
